Shipping and Tracking

• Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. All orders from edhardystorm.com are delivered free of charge no matter where you locate and how many you purchase. Your in-stock item will be shipped in 2 working days. If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you ASAP. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
• Please be advised NO next day delivery has been provided for now. And there is no alternative shipping method can been chosen from.
  A signature will be required from the recipient upon the parcel’s arrival. (All parcels will be hold for picking up if it cannot be singed or delivered.) This service ensures you that your parcel will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. Please provide us with your accurate and detailed address that can be reached by parcel force. P.O. Box address will not be accepted. The risk of loss would be passed to you if it is caused by incorrect shipping address that filled out in your order information.
